Super Bowl Sunday!

We all got up early this morning as Mark has meetings and he gets the kids ready before he goes. It's hard to sleep through the hustle and bustle of it all. I got my studies in by studying the Sunday School lesson and listening to conference talks. I have to say that I have learned about why we need to go to church on Sundays. I can stay home and study all I want and yes I learn and feel the spirit. But there is something about being in a group where you share your testimony with others and they share theirs through classes at church. I think back to when Brother Berry and Brother Schoeller came and gave us the sacrament. Brother Berry shared with us the things that he learned at the meetings that they had just come from. The spirit that was there, as he told of the things that touched his heart, was so strong. I do miss going to church and feeling that spirit. But I'm grateful to have learned this lesson too. I don't know that I would have learned it any other way.
I'm grateful to Brother DuQuette and Brother Murphy for bringing me the Sacrament. Today was a little harder to feel the spirit, Gabe was up to his normal self during a normal Sacarment meeting. I guess there is not much more you can expect from a 4 yr old, that is excited to have visitors over.
Mark came home, we started getting ready for our family Super Bowl Party. That guy sure knows how to throw a party. We had a feast of yummy food to eat while we watched the game. Mark's parents came by and watched some of the game with us. Mark sister was so nice to send us text of her enjoying her team winning. The kids thought it was AWESOME that her dog was even dressed up. My boys and Mark were cheering for different teams. Whoever's team didn't win, they would have to do a dance in public.  The boys were trying to up the bet at half time. But Mark wasn't for it.

After a crazy  football game, we finished our party playing "Just Dance".Of course Tay always wins. But it's fun to see all the boys try to keep up with her.
